Digital Versatile Developments was commissioned to design and install the Tamil Channel, "Seagram" for the Tamil Community living in Australia.  Tamil Vision Network launched their premier Tamil Channel with a focus on broadcasting high-impact programmers in particular news, music, films, light entertainment and current affairs to the Tamil Community.
